We stock a huge range of organic and biodynamic foods in three stores in Melbourne and country Victoria Australia. Employing 35 staff we give excellent advice on food and lifestyle as the means to good health. We stock fruit and vegetables, bulk foods, vitamins, skin care and personal care, groceries, bread, deli, meat and cleaning materials.

Organic foods are grown without the use of artificial inputs such as fertilisers or pesticides. Farmers apply sustainable agricultural principles including composting, fallowing, rotation, companion planting to achieve optimum soil health.

Healthy soil promotes healthy plants. This principle is fundamental to the control of pests and diseases that flourish when plant health is lacking.

Organic farmers through concentration on soil health often have pests and diseases present but they do not become epidemic in nature and affect only a percentage of produce that can be sold to the processing industry.
