Baia Nicchia is nursery and farm producing seedlings and vegetables using organic methods. We are in the process of being organically certified. We sell tomato, pepper, basil and greens seedlings at San Francisco Bay Area farmer's Markets. We also sell tomatoes, peppers, squash, greens and garlic to restaurants, and to farmers'market customers.

Our specialty is our unique tomato varieties. We breed tomatoes with a focus on taste/flavor/color, cool-tolerance and container tolerance.

Our specialty will continue to be tomatoes, but in 2007 we will also be selling seedlings of select Pepper and Basil varieties. As with our tomato seedlings, we are only selling varieties chosen based on our own Bay Area garden trials.
