Holistic BodyWorx Pilates, Yoga, and Wellness Studio

Holistic BodyWorx is a Pilates, Yoga, and Wellness Studio located in Central Mississauga. We offer group classes in Pilates, Yoga, Fusion and Yogilates in a supportive studio environment.

We also offer Private training in Pilates, Yoga, and Personal Weight Training. We offer a Yoga Teacher Training program and are a registered school with the Yoga Alliance.

We also offer Massage Therapies including Reflexology, Thai Yoga Massage, Integrated Massage, Hot Stone Massage, and Aromatherapy Massage.

We offer courses in Reflexology through the Ontario College of Reflexology, and we also offer our own course for Hot Stone Therapy.
