Site of spiritual healer Linda Madani a Canadian who has lived on the island of Bali in Indonesia since 1995 when she began her spiritual journey. She has been studying with well-known and respected Balinese shaman Tjokorda Rai for ten years and is a registered yoga teacher with the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance as well as a certified yoga therapist. She delights in leading therapy, healing sessions and yoga classes for self-healing enabling participants to learn how to unite with the cosmic powers and the Source.

Yoga pranala is a powerful combination of vinyasa flow and mudra pranala (energy flow/Balinese qi gong) to achieve strength, mental clarity, relaxation, total presence and harmony. Linda Madani believes prana and energy movements are essential for healing mind, body and spirit. In Balinese lontars, pra means first, prana power, nala inner fire and pranala circulation.

During Linda Madani?s yoga class, therapy or healing session you will focus on breathing while you connect to the energy of the earth and to the energy of the universe.

You will learn asana (posture), pranayama (breathing), dhyana (meditation), mudra pranala (energy flow) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) as tools for self-healing and connection with your higher self. The experience of illness should be regarded as an important teacher for the growth of our soul rather than as a challenge. Most diseases are due to insufficient life force, either in the body as a whole, or a blockage of life force to one part of the body. Impurities in the body block the normal body functions.

Yoga therapy teaches us to connect with the innate healing resources inside of us. It promotes the integration of body and mind creating harmony in your life.
