Owner Suzanne Hennig (RYT, PTS, FIS, ISKA, MBS) has a very welcoming down to earth yet realistic approach to her teaching. She creates an atmosphere that is enjoyable, comfortable yet challenging for both the new student as well as the more experienced yoga practitioner. Her classes are always filled with warmth and humour.
