Education - Holly is certified by Romana Kryzanowska, Joseph Pilates' trusted protege, who has practiced and taught Pilates for more than 60 years. Romana is dedicated to carrying on Joseph Pilates legacy and runs an exclusive and rigorous teacher training program that consists of more than 700 hours of training, apprenticing and testing.

Experience - With more than a decade of experience, Holly teaches a variety of people; from Olympic and elite athletes including golfers, skiers, triathletes, tennis players, kayakers, runners and cyclists, to people who have never really exercised before. By collaborating with her clients' physical therapists, orthopedic surgeons, doctors and other medical professionals, Holly provides safe and thoughtful training solutions for people with significant injuries, illnesses and disabilities.

Equipment - Holly uses the finest Pilates equipment handmade by the artisans at Gratz Industries in New York. For over 50 years, Gratz has been building Pilates equipment using Joseph Pilates' original designs and specifications.
