Our studio provides yoga compatable healing , massage and therapies. We also have ongoing courses in meditation, healing art and sacred sound throughout the year plus yoga healing retreats.

Retreats are held both locally and internationaly. Our teachers are compassionate and very experienced. Yoga teacher training is also available in studio and via corespondence.
