Lulea Yoga is the partnership of Lucinda Marshall and Peter Cohen. They are experienced bodywork professionals dedicated to the study, practice and teaching of the wisdom traditions of Yoga and Buddhism. YOGA TEACHINGS:

A dynamic hatha yoga designed by Senior Iyengar Teacher and Fourth Series Ashtanga practitioner Nicky Knoff; this class consists of meditation, pranayama, an active progression of flowing asana, deep relaxation and traditional yoga philosophies. There is an emphasis on working anatomically correctly to build strength and flexibility equally.

MEDITATION:

Basic meditation technique is introduced within a Buddhist framework, with further explorations in prominent meditation and yogi traditions of the world; including many body, breath and mind exercises of self-observation. These classes are for those who wish to establish a regular meditation practice with the benefit of a clear structured approach towards calming and centering.
