I am Mukesh Banka providing private instructions in traditional Hatha Yoga. A brief profile of mine follows.

OBJECTIVE

To share the power and the transformational magic of yoga with more&more people. Teaching Yoga offers me the challenge and the joy of self-discovery. With this I can give my humble contributions to society in a way that makes me feel good.

KEY SKILLS

I am Energetic and dependable contributor with well-rounded communication skills & interpersonal skills backed with years of student relational experience. I am Self-starter and possibility thinker. Experience in interacting with students under various environments ranging from mentally challenging IT training; vigorous & energetic Karate teaching; to soothing and calm yoga training. I have had opportunity to work with students from various age groups, nationalities and fitness focus. My Yoga sessions follow a very sensible logic and include postures from every category in balanced proportions. My sessions are long ranging from one and a half to two hours. I have a Bachelor degree in Science (botany, zoology, chemistry), with a Diploma in Computers and Marketing Management.

EXPERIENCE

I am currently conducting corporate yoga sessions for a New Delhi based Marketing Company. I am also involved with Edge Racquet Sports Academy (with squash being predominant game) as Fitness Trainer. In addition I have a steady following of students whom I give private lessons in yoga.

In the past I have also worked with Delhi Public School, R.K. Puram (A leading School in India) as a Gym Trainer (2004-05 session). I have also been associated with Karate/Fitness training programme of National Security Guards (India?s Premier Anti-Terrorist Force) and various other institutions and karate schools.

SUMMARY

I would like to share with other people my knowledge and expertise in developing a fit & healthy body, mind and spirit and thus help in building a stronger and fitter society.
