Rose Bay Yoga Room
A small little "haven" nestled in the Rose Bay shopping Village. We have yoga classes for all ages, fitness levels and health requirements. Our styles range from Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar & Shadow yoga, to pre-natal; mums and bubs, restorative and yoga therapy.
The Rose Bay Yoga Room is a small intimate space within where the core philosophies and tenets of hatha yoga are strongly respected and adhered.
The principal styles of yoga taught are based on Hatha, Iyengar and Ashtanga philosophies- to form a strong, disciplined style that suits modern day practitioners.
