Gold Coast Yoga Centre

The Gold Coast Yoga centre offers yoga and meditation classes and privates, as well as workshops, philosophy talks and social events.
We believe in building a community of yoga practitioners and offer experienced and dedicated teachers who can support the individual students yoga journey and help connect them to the broader network of people interested in health, consciousness and wellbeing on individual, local and global levels.

Our classes begin with gently paced, informative beginners classes, move through progressive class levels all the way through to the freedom of dynamic classes for more experienced students. Although you will experience the general benefits of vitality and wellbeing that yoga brings, you will also hopefully experience the more subtle effects of centredness, consciousness and contentment.
