Ashtanga Yoga Montreal
At Ashtanga Yoga Montreal, we have been providing on-going drop in classes in the traditional form of Ashtanga since September 2000. We center our studio on providing the yoga method to help individuals in self-healing and self-realization.
Each student is respected for their level of interest, capabilities and potential. Each week we offer 30 on going classes. Along with regular classes is three varying levels, we run yearly teacher training programs, weekend workshops with local and international teachers in yoga and meditation, ayurvedic workshops and musical events.
Also we provide yoga products which are environmentally friendly and as much as possible made locally.
