Into Yoga

Corporate and Group classes available in the Lower Mainland of BC. We offer Yoga (including specialty classes for moms and newborns to seniors) Prenatal Yoga, Pilates, Ball Rolling and more. We encouraged you to work at your own pace. All levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome. Information on full body cleansing is also available.

Our instructors offer diversity allowing us to teach a class in whatever yoga style suits your needs. Whether you enjoy a relaxing mid day break to de-stress and re-energize yourself so you can perform to your utmost efficiency for the rest of your day, or prefer a more dynamic cardio workout at the end of the day, we have qualified instructors who will teach you, support you and ensure you have fun in the process.
