Spa treatments by made fresh with organic edible ingredients. We also prepare great tasting health oriented meals, snacks and juice blends using the freshest ingredients available. We use organic, local ingredients whenever possible. Email or call to receive a profile form that allows you to easily create and customize your very own Spa Retreat and Meal Menu. We are available to travel world-wide to accommodate our clients. You may also create and submit your own health oriented menu for us to prepare. Guest List is limited to a peaceful 1-2 person retreat world-wide or 1-4 guests for Caribbean retreats.

As an example, a ten day session will proceed as follows; two days of travel (days 1 & 10), one day of shopping and preparation(day 2), seven days of retreat services. Customized retreats and time spans may be arranged to suit your needs.
