Open Arms Yoga

We are a Health and Wellness facility that focuses on the whole person (Body, Mind and Spirit). We offer Yoga, Thai Massage, Needless Accupunture, Reiki, and Reflexology.

We offer specialty yoga classes such as 50+ yoga, Yoga for Everybody and Gentle Yoga. Our classes are small 4-8 people maximum allowing for personal attention to each participant.

We offer several styles of yoga including Vinyasa, Kripalu , Hatha and Kundalini yoga.

The Open Arms Yoga studio provides a comfortable, intimate setting for your yoga practice. Class sizes are always kept small so that personal attention from your teacher is the norm.

Our teachers are fully certified, and teach yoga from an experienced, caring perspective. Yoga has been shown to provide many health benefits and classes at the studio are presented in such a way as to provide students with the means to improve their own wellbeing.
