Welcome to "Asana" Body & Mind. Hot yoga changed my life, how could 'yoga' be such a workout? The postures are basic , almost beginner level , yet the results are immediate, I thought I was in good shape , then , after one amazing 90 minute class my body felt so clean, so alive , i had to go back , the second class , better than the first and every class there after. As i improve in posture, i become more fexible, stronger, with energy to spare.
No secret / just add heat, warm the blood , improve circulation and detoxify the entire body while you sweat. Heat makes it so easy to relax, bend, stretch and breathe. Warming the body to its core temperature, allows the blood to flow freely, carrying oxygen and much needed nutrients throughout the body creating energy and helping to normalize weight.
Heal the body your in, you will love the journey. Not all yoga is the same; we suggest you find a "yoga" that works best for you.
Private studio?s are becoming more popular, larger facilities work but seem cold and far too many eyes watching you improve your body, may have the opposite affect. Yoga has the ability to create youth, feel younger stretching and toning your muscles, with regular practice your energy levels will increase and you will experience flexibility once again.
