Hot Yoga Winnipeg

Come to any one of our beginners classes offered 7 days a week as there is no start or end date to this style of yoga. All fitness levels and ages welcome! We like to sweat, laugh and work hard! Toning the body, gaining flexibility and strength, detoxifying all at your own individual pace!

Our little studio has been open for just over a year now! We have grown into such a large yoga family that we had to build a bigger and better studio to accomodate everyone!

We have now added new classes at your convenience and will continue to do so. So far our 6am classes have been a huge success! On Saturdays and Sundays we now have 4pm classes added. Come on in and have a great class at the hottest studio around!
