Little River Yoga Studio

Here at Little River Yoga Studio, the incorporation of the whole aspect of 'yoga' is important to us, so, as well as offering classes to people of all ages, taught by fully qualified and caring teachers, our studio is an environmentally friendly, welcoming space.

Designed and decorated with your health and comfort in mind, we chose a bamboo floor because it is a renewable resource and used non voc paint to provide a clean 'green' practice space.

We offer yoga classes for every 'body'; designed around students' needs and interests; gentle, beginner, prenatal, children, mum & baby, ashtanga, iyengar, vinyasa, mysore & self-practice. We also offer private tuition, corporate classes, and regular workshops.

Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School is available annually; September-March.

Annual retreat held at exotic location for all levels of practitioner.
