Eternal Flame Yoga offers classes, private & retreat teachings. Located in the northern part of NSW, Port Macquarie is the home of Eternal Flame Yoga. Kristine Gibson, Eternal Flames teacher aims to improve spinal health while maintaining a focus on combining breath & movement.

Each class or retreat session includes a guided healing relaxation. Hatha Yoga, philosophy, Chakra Vinyasa Yoga, Yoga Intensives & 1 day energetic workshops are available for the more serious student. Children?s Yoga is also available. These classes aim to focus on posture, breathing, balance & personal development, including spiritual awareness & environmental awareness.
