A word from studio director, Stacy Renz: At Living Room Yoga, it is our mission that each student feels seen, heard, and cared for, whether it be in a private yoga session or within the yoga class setting.

Each of our instructors has a deep knowledge of yoga, and a passion for sharing their particular expertise with you. Part of my mission in forming Living Room Yoga was to create a safe, noncompetitive atmosphere, where persons can find peace, clarity, and direction for their lives through the practice of yoga.

Another goal was to run an ethical business that provides a right living for myself and for those who work with me, where each person feels treated with respect and fairness, including the director!
