As our name suggests, we do not just teach yoga for the class room, but yoga that you can take with you, out into your life. Our team of qualified yoga teachers work with you to understand your individual needs and teach you skills you can take beyond the walls of the studio and use in your every day life.

We are not affiliated with any religious movement or doctrine. Our mission is to cultivate an environment that is relaxed and friendly, classes that are progressive, productive and enjoyable. Our teachers are trained to the highest standards and are committed to ongoing training and their own practice, so as to remain true to the ancient teachings of yoga and the teachings of Joseph Pilates.

Yoga classes do not offer a quick fix, but through the regular practice of our techniques, you can look forward to physical, physiological and emotional benefits. Even if you start off with a small commitment to attend once a week, you will notice results.

In addition to our regular classes, we also offer special yoga workshops, urban yoga retreats, international retreats, massage, corporate classes, private tuition and intensives. What ever your needs are, Yoga To Go can help you achieve personal and life style changes you just have to start.

Lastly, you will see that many of our teachers have come to yoga or Pilates after sustaining an injury or illness. We have used our discipline to help ourselves and now get great joy from teaching you to help your self too.
