As our name suggests, we do not just teach yoga for the class room, but yoga that you can take with you, out into your life. Our teachers are trained to the highest standards and are committed to ongoing training and their own practice, so as to remain true to the ancient teachings of yoga and the teachings of Joseph Pilates.
