National association to promote feasible applications of green power, green fuels and green heat. Formed in 1998, c.a.r.e. offers a daily email newsletter on trends in renewable energies; it also produces the Refocus weekly service for 25,000 subscribers based in Oxford.
C.A.R.E. operates the GreenHosting services, and is the initiator of the Green Heat Partnership and promotes the concept of a greentherms standard
