Young Reporters for the Environment

Young Reporters for the Environment (YRE) is designed for secondary school students. Presently, 500 schools from 14 countries are involved. The network functions as a press agency specialised in producing and delivering articles and photos about the environment.

Each YRE project must investigate a local environmental problem. Young reporters must communicate their findings to a local audience, reporting problems and solutions.
