Oxfam works to overcome poverty and suffering. We believe that everyone is entitled to a life of dignity and opportunity. And because of that we work with poor communities, local partner organisations, volunteers, and supporters.

Oxfam responds in emergencies to save lives. We work with people to improve their lives and prospects through longer term development programmes. We provide campaigns on the issues that we believe will end a poverty.
