We are a school of Italian language and culture located in the historical centre of Florence, Italy. Courses from absolute beginners up to perfecting, one week up to 12 months and more. Many extracurricular activities, from the visit to the Uffizi gallery to interpretive walks in the Renaissance streets, from excursions to Siena to trekking and birdwatching all over Tuscany (everything by foot or public transportation). Founded 1989 as a family business, have been trying to have the lowest impact on the environment: our classes are in an ancient building, we separate our waste, recycle our paper and use FSC products, have fans instead of air conditioning, get electricity from recyclable sources through an independent contractor. Our teachers (mostly women) are regularly certified, the classes are wheelchair accessible and the school is recognised by the Italian Ministry of education. More on our site, page "a green choice".
