Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Items on backorder can take up to 14 days to ship out. Items that are listed as coming soon are making there way here from Nepal.

We cannot accept returned items in used or damaged condition. Refunds will include the cost of "merchandise only". Original Shipping and Handling charges will "not" be refunded.
