Miksa

Miksa is an ethical, style-lead clothing company. We create unique, sustainable clothes for women using organic, fairtrade cotton, bamboo and luxury alpaca wool.

Our fairtrade cotton is certified by FLO (Fairtrade Labelling Organisations International) and the garments are made in factories which adhere to strict fair trade working conditions. The alpaca garments are made in an IFAT accredited organisation.

At Miksa we use only organic cotton which has EKO Sustainable Textile certification (certified by Control Union, formally SKAL International). Our Alpaca wool is also organic and un-dyed.

Some garments get their colour from vegetable dyes such as pomegranate which cause minimum harm to the environment. Others are dyed using low impact dyes which use less water and chemicals than conventional dyes. They are heavy metal and AZO free so are less toxic and use biodegradable chemicals.
