I prewash & dry every fabric before I begin in order to prevent shrinking and bleeding of the vibrant colors. I straight stitch each seam and then serge it on my 4 thread Superlock serger to prevent fraying. All appliques have been heat bonded and then tightly satin stitched for durable professional looking designs
