Our locally handmade chunky furniture is crafted solely from British reclaimed wood. This allows us to create unique solid wood furniture with strength and character, borne out of the wood's maturity, whilst also helping the environment. Normally solid wood handmade furniture of this high standard is difficult to obtain at a realistic price.

However, as we are an internet based company without high street overheads we can do this without compromising on product quality. And in this age of internet business having the option of arranging a private viewing before purchasing and receiving a personal service is paramount.At eat sleep live we only use reclaimed wood in the production of our handcrafted furniture.

We source wood that has been reclaimed from demolished factories, schools, churches, homes and various other buildings, averaging from 100-300 years old, that would otherwise be burnt or land filled see reclaimed wood.

Our goal is to continually create beautiful quality affordable reclaimed furniture whilst helping the environment while doing our bit to turn the tide on the flat-pack, standardized throw away furniture culture of today.
