The Power Top Dresser effortlessly and with precise accuracy distributes all uniformly screened top dressing materials through its' unique "baffle agitator" and roller drop delivery system, and it does so by placing it on the ground, where it should be, and not on driveways, decks, and pavers, or in flowerbeds, pools, and ponds as broadcast fertilizer spreaders might.
