Main Beach Yoga & Massage Byron Bay
At Main Beach Yoga and Massage, Byron Bay Australia we provide yoga classes, and workshops/retreats. We have qualified practitioners who provide massage sessions for either relaxation or working with problems and/or injuries.
We also have body-work and counselling sessions available. We market whole-food supplements and detoxification products for health and well-being.
Our studio is open 6 days a week monday to saturday. Yoga classes are at 8:00 am and 10:00 am every day and 5:30pm on tuesday and thursday evenings.
We do intensive weekends and retreats during the year
The 8:00am class is a more demanding hatha yoga for people with some experience.
The 10:00 class is suitable for everyone. The evening class is a more restorative practice.
Massage is available from our studio which is located just meters from the beach in the Byron Bay Surf Club. Come along in the afternoons after yoga and induldge with a massage with the sound of the ocean in the background.
