I seek to advise homeowners in the most effective ways to improve the performance of their home and bring sustainability into their way of life. My goal is to be recognized as someone whose services are vital at the very beginning of any restoration or repair project.

I provide an initial survey which includes a brief inspection of the building and results in a written report that includes maps and photos, a basic roof plan and informative websites. I include an evaluation of the solar orientation, assests and challeges of the property, and specific recommendations. I also provide a CD of the same information to make it easy to access and share the information.

This document will be helpful in setting goals for the client , and an aid in the bidding process. I strive to provide information that can make the process more cost effective for the client and save trades people valuable time in gathering information about the project.

I can provide ongoing consulting services on a project including research to find material distributors and green construction details. My focus has been on older residential buildings in the Northeast.

I am an experienced architectural draftperson and also offer a professional drafting service. I can draw in Cad 2D and also by hand. I am experienced in producing measured plans and detailed architectural millwork drawings.
