New Zealand Association for Environmental Education: fostering the development of environmental education in New Zealand. The New Zealand Association for Environmental Education is a national, non-profit organisation working to promote environmental education by:

* Providing a national environmental education network;
* Providing information and resources about environmental education;
* Envouraging and supporting community participation in environmental education;
* Hosting environmental education workshops;
* Promoting environmental education training;
* Promoting the inclusion of environmental education in central and local government environmental policies;
* Involving the media in coverage of environmental education activities; and
*Promoting the coordination of organisations involved with environmental education in New Zealand and internationally.

NZAEE's national office is based in Wellington. regional branches are located in Auckland, Northland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Manawatu-Wanganui, Wellington, Canterbury and Otago.
