Full of Joy Yoga

The Full of Joy Yoga program offers children fun yoga classes that will help develop strong, flexible bodies while cultivating a lifetime of joy, peace and wonder.

These yoga classes are designed especially for children and taught by former first grade teacher Lani Rosen-Gallagher. Lani incorporated yoga into her daily schedule while teaching in Coney Island, Brooklyn, NY.

From there, she went on to receive her 200 hour certification from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Nosara, Costa Rica and then her children's certifications at Next Generation Yoga in NYC and the Radiant Child Yoga Program.

Lani teaches in preschools, after-school programs, yoga studios and homes. Her yoga classes combine music, games, props and stories to give the children all the benefits of yoga and have a great time doing it!
