The InsideOut Garden Office

At The InsideOut Garden Office we design and build sustainable, low carbon garden buildings. More and more people work from home and many work in a building in the garden.

There is little point in saving carbon by stopping commuting and then adding to it by working in a badly insulated house or garden office that isn't properly insulated.We build highly insulated garden offices, built with locally grown wood and designed to need minimal heating and no air conditioning.

We offer a sheeps wool insulation option for people who would prefer not to use mineral wool insulation.We take into consideration the individual needs of each client and talk to them about positioning their building within the garden to make use of natural light and natural solar gain, to minimise use of electricity.

We can install photo voltaic panels and also wood burning stoves to make your own office at the bottom of the garden a very comfortable place.
