Jewish National Fund is one of America's leading non-profit organizations and is known in part for its environmental ventures. JNF has become a global environmental leader, sponsoring conferences on battling land degradation and combating desertification, sharing afforestation techniques across the world, funding research on grappling with arid land management, leading the world in purification techniques, and helping solve Israel's water crisis by building reservoirs and recycling waste water.
