Our goal is to process all orders within 48 hours of receipt. Items on backorder can take up to 14 days to ship out. Items that are listed as coming soon are making there way here from Nepal.
Hemp'n'trendy offers their customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all products sold. A return authorization must be requested within 7 days of the receive date. We cannot accept returned items in used or damaged condition. Refunds will include the cost of "merchandise only". Original Shipping and Handling charges will "not" be refunded. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
