The Green Key

The Green Key is classification of ecology diploma awarded companies within tourism. It includes hotels, conference centres, holiday houses, youth hostels, camp sites, leisure facilities and restaurants.

The Green Key is an international eco-label for tourism products. To obtain The Green Key class the company has to fullfil a long list of environmental requirements. The criteria also regard to action plans.


The Green Key is available to 37 countries in the FEE network. The Green Key is established in 6 countries and a number of other countries are preparing to run the campaign.
