Come discover our eco-lodge ?El Reto?o?, located near the center of Coatepec, in the midst of an oasis of plants and wild life,. Coatepec is a Colonial town of about 60,000 located just 20 minutes from bustling Jalapa in the Mexican State of Veracruz.

The eco-lodge rests in the middle of 4 secluded acres covered with old growth trees, ferns, bromeliads, orchids, coffee plants and a meandering stream.

Our exclusive lodge comfortably houses groups of up to 16 people. Our guests are drawn here for the opportunities for bird watching, hiking, rafting, photography, visits to coffee plantations and historic haciendas: in short, to people who are seeking easy access to all the flora, fauna, culture and history that this area offers.
