Sewall House is a seasonal Yoga Retreat in an historic home offering small classes, healthy home cooked organic vegetarian food and surrounding lakes, mountains and culture.

Open from summer until the fall these are the peak months to enjoy northern Maine- canoing, kayaking, swimming, hiking and yoga/meditation/massage.

Run by the original owners' great grandaughter and her Swedish musician husband, seasoned yoga instructor Donna Davidge and Kent Bonham lovingly support Sewall House and its history while nurturing guests through their own life changes much as Bill Sewall, Donna's great grandfather, did with a Harvard student with severe asthma, Theodore Roosevelt.

Roosevelt restored his health at Sewall House and visited 3 successive times. The home holds this legacy and history within its walls.
