20 Star Sealants was founded by Thomas Childress; a practicing Urban Planner since 1979. Mr. Childress served a City Planner for cities in Southern California, as Vice President of Planning for merchant homebuilders, as Division Head /Western United States for commercial developers and collaborated with the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) for the development of sustainability criteria compliant with the Kyoto Protocol and Millennium Development standards for business and products.

His passion to make a positive impact on the earth’s condition is focused on developing markets for responsible products. You will find that the products on this web site meet 20 Star Sealants mission as will future products currently under development.
