We offer Environment Friendly Gifts, Jewelry, and Collectibles! At Yulemshop we make every possible effort to offer only items that are "green." This means we never knowingly offer a product that negatively impacts our planet or its people.

- Our Yulem Objects are 100% recycled, re-purposed items. No new problems are created by these objects.

- Yulem Jewelry strives to avoid the typically polluting materials and practices of traditional jewelry making. We are 90% there and working to achieve 100% eco-friendly, pollution free products.

- Vintage Collectibles create no new environmental problems. Whatever harm they might have caused is done. We encourage everyone to reuse, recycle, and re-purpose articles and thereby reduce the demand for new items with their concomitant pollution.

What is Yulem?
We have received suggestions that we explain the notion of "Yulem" for folks.

"Yulem describes an object formed by natural processes which possesses a set of intrinsic aesthetic characteristics that transform it into an object of unique interest. Only a naturally formed object that is recognized to possess such a unique or appealing character is considered a yulem object."

What this definition doesn't emphasize is the environment friendly aspect of collecting and using yulem objects. By definition a yulem object is a recycled object. And, when no longer of interest it returns to its former, natural state (maybe to be rediscovered in some distant future)!
